Gordie Howe wasn't supposed to walk or possibly even live after his brain injury in the 1950 NHL playoffs. The next season he returned to score 86 points. This among many stories from Keith Olbermann tell the tale or a remarkable man, an amazing player, and a better person, with a wit so sharp it could only be rivaled by his eidetic memory. Simply put: He's one of the greatest athletes ever.
