Pittsburgh and Baltimore played a game of giveaway. Ultimately, it was the Ravens having Justin Tucker and Pittsburgh having Josh Scobee that was the difference. Scobee missed two field goals in the fourth quarter, including a 41-yarder with a little over a minute remaining that could have made it a 6 point game.
In overtime, Pittsburgh twice went on fourth down, the second time opting to forego another long Scobee field goal attempt. They put the ball in Vick’s hands, and not LeVeon Bell’s, both times, and failed.
Justin Forsett started the final drive off with a nice run, though not as nice as he first believed. That premature first down signal didn’t prove costly, as the Ravens did get it on the next play and moved down for a 52-yard Justin Tucker game winner.
And now let’s see what Ben Roethlisberger thought of that ending.
