North Dakota Player Dismissed From Team After $16 Theft While Wearing Jersey

dustin-iversonDustin Iverson, a sophomore fullback for the University of North Dakota, has been dismissed from the football team. On Friday, Iverson entered a Scheels All Sports store, wearing a UND jersey, and allegedly stole two $8 Nike Dri-fit bicep band packages. That has to be the saddest dismissals in college football history. Did the school not provide cheap pieces of elastic? Did Iverson not have $16 plus tax? [Grand Forks Herald]
