LeBron went down and hit his head on a cameraman after getting fouled by Andrew Bogut. It was not a dirty play. James was slow to get up, and had an ice pack applied to his head. Eventually, it was shown that he sustained a decent-sized cut. He stayed in the game to shoot the free throws and remained in after making them.
