The Tampa Bay Lightning are again imposing ticket sale restrictions in an effort to maintain home ice advantage in the Stanley Cup Final. The Lightning are not allowing ticket sales to anyone with an out-of-state credit card and banning Blackhawks gear from Stanley Cup games.
Expect articles in the coming days about fans who were forced to change outfits. Meanwhile, a fan took Frank Costanza’s classic Del Boca Vista rant and mashed it up with this situation.
