Chandler Parsons and Toni Garrn were seen holding hands — and about to kiss! — in New York City on Wednesday. The streets are speculating that they’re an item. Parsons, of course, is a small forward on the Dallas Mavericks, while Garrn has done work for Victoria’s Secret and Calvin Klein, and is apparently one of the hundreds of models who’s dated Leonardo DiCaprio.
