Two USC baseball players and one of their former teammates were sued Thursday because the trio allegedly videotaped one of them having sex with his former girlfriend, and distributed the tape to teammates. Pitcher Marc Huberman (above) had sex with his girlfriend in 2013, while another pitcher, Sean Adler, videotape it from a closet.
From My News LA:
However, in March 2013, the three players agreed to secretly make a video — without her consent — of her and Bozoian being intimate, the suit alleges. Bozoian told Adler that she was on her way and he hid in the room while she and Bozoian had sex, the suit alleges.
The trio distributed the video “to the general public including … other members of the baseball team,” according to the lawsuit.
The suit goes on to claim that the woman discovered the video existed approximately eight months later, right before Fall semester finals, and was subject to ridicule thereafter.
Bozoian was dismissed from the team earlier this month due to “an unspecified student disciplinary issue.” Huberman, meanwhile, is still on the team. Rachel Caton of USC Athletics Media Relations told College Baseball Daily that Huberman had full status and was on the postseason roster for the NCAA Tournament, where the Trojans begin with a game against Virginia.
