Dwight Howard escaped suspension for hitting Andrew Bogut in the face in game four. Somehow, this “pick” on Andre Iguodala was not called a flagrant. Howard raised his forearm to get Iguodala in the head. He also “fended off” Iguodala with a closed fist underneath. Perhaps that’s a natural movement…in boxing.
