As if you needed any more proof that Brent Burns was one of the most offensively gifted defensemen in hockey, the San Jose Sharks blueliner hammered the point home on Wednesday. Twice.

First, Burns got San Jose on the board just seconds into the second period with a nice shot through traffic.

Then, the Sharks won a faceoff, advanced and gave the puck right back to Burns, because they know what's up.
