Keenan Allen Carted Off with Leg Injury, and His Tears Probably Mean Bad News

Keenan Allen of the Chargers went down with what appeared to be a serious knee injury in the first half against the Chiefs. Allen was having a brilliant game – six catches for 66 yards and torching KC star Marcus Peters – but then went down grabbing his knee and was carted off.

He was crying as he left the field.

Last year, Allen had a lacerated kidney and missed eight games. Only 24, he looks like a young star in the league, but health is now a major issue.
