The Bulls need their role players to have big nights for them to have a chance (especially with the defense giving up 105 every game), and Friday night against the Toronto Raptors it was Doug McDermott coming through.
McDermott had a career-high 30 points, 14 of which came in the 4th quarter, as the Bulls got a much needed win and kept up their dominance over Toronto.
"It feels like it was a long time coming (a game like this)," McDermott acknowledged "There have been a lot of ups and downs so far. I just stayed with it. Obviously, just one game, so I'm not going to get too high on myself. It's definitely a good start for my confidence; it's great that we were really unselfish."
