Von Miller spoke to the Associated Press about Johnny Manziel. Turns out, Johnny Football is going to be OK according to the Super Bowl MVP. Via the AP:
“I’m not worried. I feel like Johnny’s taking care of business. He has adversity. Everybody has been here with adversity. I’ve been here with my own personal adversity. The support that I’m giving him is the support that he’s given me in the past.”
Miller added:
“I truly believe he’s on the right track now.”
This was a nice gesture by Von Miller. He and Manziel were never teammates, but they did both attend Texas A&M and must be friends now. It’s probably very important for someone to stand with Manziel right now. Still there is absolutely nothing pointing to Manziel having sort out anything.
Less than 3 weeks ago, Johnny Manziel’s father said he needed help so bad he didn’t know if he would make it to his 24th birthday. Less than a month ago, Manziel was involved in yet another domestic incident. This one allegedly left Colleen Crowley with a ruptured eardrum.
