B.J. Penn Being Investigated For Alleged Sexual Assault

B.J. Penn, the former UFC lightweight and welterweight champion, has been accused of sexual assault and drug use by a former employee who wrote for his mixed martial arts news site, BJPenn.com. Pedro Alex Carrasco tweeted that while he was not home, Penn forcing himself on Carrasco’s girlfriend.

Those clamoring for evidence will have to wait, there is an investigation pending with the authorities.I just couldn't hold my tongue.

The alleged victim has filed a complaint with police in Ohio according to TMZ.

Cynthia Vance, who was in Hawaii to work on a project for BJPenn.com at the time of the incident, backed the allegations.

The alleged victim has filed a complaint with police in Ohio according to TMZ. In a statement on UFC.com, the organization said they are holding off on plans to bring Penn back into the octagon until a thorough investigation – both by the UFC and authorities – has been completed. Penn last fought in July 2014.
