NFL playoffs 2015 schedule: Conference championship games set

The Seattle Seahawks will take on the Green Bay Packers, while the New England Patriots will host the Indianapolis Colts in the conference championships.

The 2015 NFL playoff field has been narrowed down to four teams. The Seattle Seahawks, New England Patriots, Green Bay Packers and Indianapolis Colts were all victorious in the divisional round this past weekend, and have advanced to the conference championship games.

Seattle will play host to the Packers in the NFC Championship, while the Patriots will host the Colts in the AFC Championship. It was an exciting divisional round, with a near-major upset as the Patriots needed to rely on two separate comebacks to beat the sixth-seeded Baltimore Ravens. Sunday's late game had an actual upset when the Colts bested the second-seeded Denver Broncos.

There's a whole lot to be interested in with these next two matchups.. Andrew Luck is the only quarterback in the playoffs who has yet to win a Super Bowl, while many think the window is closing for Tom Brady to snare his fourth ring.

In the other game, Aaron Rodgers has a tough road to the Super Bowl -- two of his worst career games have come against the Seahawks. It doesn't help the Packers and Colts that the Seahawks and Patriots are particularly strong at home, and New England has the extra rest on the Colts, who had to play in the wild card round. Seattle was 7-1 at home, while the Packers were just 4-4 on the road this season. New England was also 7-1 at home, while the Colts were 5-3 away from Indianapolis.

Here's a look at the schedule for both conference championships (all times Eastern).
