Cesc's new low-poly boots are an evoPOWER preview from Puma

The original evoPOWER boot made for a very impressive debut from Puma when it launched in early 2014. The evoPOWER introduced the Gradual Stability Frame to Puma's lineup as well as the Adap-Lite upper and AccuFoam inserts for power and accuracy in shooting. It all worked really well together for a piece of hardware that was a major departure from the PowerCat lineup that it replaced.

One year later, Puma have previewed the next generation of the boot that a number of its biggest stars will wear by showcasing a wild new design that appeared on the feet of Cesc Fabregas last weekend and will also be worn by Mario Balotelli, assuming he can find some playing time.

The pink and purple evoPower Camo 1.2 uses the same outsole as its predecessor but the upper is redesigned and features a greater use of the AccuFoam technology. The inserts span the upper from toe to heel on the inside and outside of the boot for shooting and passing control.

We'll wait for the official release for more details but expect to see the evoPower Camo in action again before its launch at the end of the month.
